Festival Rules & Documents (U8 - U11)

Festival Format

a) Teams will be guaranteed four (4) games. Games will be 25 minutes in length, no half time. The festival reserves the right to adjust game times

based on teams registered in each division.

b) There must be a minimum of 30 minutes rest between each game played by any team.

c) Teams will be comprised of the following minimum/maximum number of players dressed and on the bench per game:

U8 (5v5); minimum 4/maximum 12

U9 (5v5); minimum 4/maximum 12

U10-U11 (7v7); minimum 7/maximum 14

d) All teams must be prepared to begin a game 10 minutes prior to the time shown on the schedule.

Tournament Rules & Documents (U12 - U18)

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AND CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

This year, we will be using the PowerUp Connect app for team rosters. Please enter/upload your rosters to PowerUp, and we will generate the game sheets online.

You will still be required to submit your official Ontario Soccer TRR (Team Registration Report) using the Google Form (see link below).

  1. Teams outside of the SOSA district must also submit their approved travel permit.
  2. For more details on required documents, please refer to the Google Form link description.
  3. Online registration and document submission for the festival/tournament will be open until July 31.
  4. If you do not submit your documents online, please bring printed copies of all required documents to registration before your first game. If all forms are uploaded correctly, you will only need to pick up your game sheets prior to your first game. Please note that you must collect your game sheets before your first game.

Registration will be open on August 7th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on August 8th and 9th starting at 7:00 AM. The location is tournament headquarters at 75 Couch Crescent, Trenton, Ontario.
