2026 Outdoor Recreational Registration is OPEN.
Please note that our registration deadline is April 15, 2026, but registration will remain open until all spots are filled. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.

REFUND POLICY
2.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to qwsc@bellnet.ca
2.2 Refund requests made within 3 days of the registration date, up to March 31, will receive a full refund. After this period, requests are subject to a $45.00 administrative fee per player to cover associated costs.
2.3 A player will not be given a refund of registration fee if, for any reason he/she withdraws after his/her first scheduled game.
2.4 Notwithstanding 2.3 Refunds due to medical reasons or relocation will be considered until June 15 and will be pro-rated based on the number of games played and costs incurred by the club. Any request made after June 15 is subject to Board approval.
2026 SOCCER PICTURE DAYS
The Quinte West Soccer Club is pleased to announce that individual soccer pictures for the 2026 Outdoor Season will be held at the Duncan McDonald Arena.
The proposed photo days are scheduled for June 20, 2026 and June 27, 2026.
For those unable to attend on the scheduled dates, a Missed Picture Day has been arranged for July 6 and 7, 2026 to ensure all players have the opportunity to participate.
A detailed schedule will be posted closer to the dates to ensure all teams and players are informed of their assigned times.
HOUSE LEAGUE - YEAR-END FESTIVAL/TOURNAMENT (U5 - U18)
The 2026 Year-End Festival/Tournament will be held on the weekend of August 15th and 16th, 2026.
