Late fees of $15.00 per registrant are applied after March 31. The fee is in place to encourage members to register early to avoid administration delays with scheduling, team composition and getting information out to our coaches and families.

Each year, QWSC takes the proceeds from collected late fees and provides a $1000 bursary to 5 graduates from our local high schools ($200 per high school). The bursary is awarded to a graduating student who has been a member of the school soccer team, an active member of our club and exhibits good sportsmanship, ability and dedication.
