How to Register

We have transitioned to a new registration platform called PowerUp Sports. Our 2026 Outdoor registration will now be managed through this platform. 

  • New members: You will need to create an account on PowerUp Sports.
  • Existing members: Sign in using the same email address. If needed, use the “Forgot Password” tool to reset your login.

Please note: If you already have an account associated with your email, PowerUp will not allow you to create a duplicate account.

REFUND POLICY

2.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to qwsc@bellnet.ca  

2.2 Refund requests made within 3 days of the registration date, up to March 31, will receive a full refund. After this period, requests are subject to a $45.00 administrative fee per player to cover associated costs.

2.3 A player will not be given a refund of registration fee if, for any reason he/she withdraws after his/her first scheduled game. 

2.4 Notwithstanding 2.3 Refunds due to medical reasons or relocation will be considered until June 15 and will be pro-rated based on the number of games played and costs incurred by the club. Any request made after June 15 is subject to Board approval.
