Registration is open only for players selected to a 2026 Competitive Rep Team. Please do not register unless you have received confirmation of selection from your coach.

The $100 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance and full registration for the outdoor season will open in the new year.

Please be advised that we will be using our new registration platform for the 2026 Outdoor Season.

• First-time users will need to create an account using the link below.

• Existing users can simply sign in. If they don’t remember their password, they should use the “Forgot Password” tool, as duplicate accounts are not allowed.

• Under the Support tab, there is a helpful video that walks through the registration process if you encounter any issues.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to qwsc@bellnet.ca. Full refund of Rep Registration Fees minus a $45 fee upto U12 & $75 for U13 & above will be granted for competitive players withdrawing before the start of any league, Cup or tournament game whichever comes first.  The non-refundable deposit will be automatically deducted from any refund request. Refunds will be given for medical or re-location up until June 15th. NO REFUNDS will be given once the season starts for any other reason.
